The first minute
Cut the tape, set the vials down, read a cap. If it says Sermorelin and 10 mg, that is line one, plus the count and your initials and the date. Line two is the money: catalog $49.99 each, or the invoice figure if a code changed what you paid. Line three is the batch, copied from the label, or the words “not printed on the cap I checked.”
Do not open with “GHRH.” Do not open with “like Tesamorelin.” Those are line six, if they survive.
What clever usually ruins
Clever adds a purity from memory, a mass from a table, or a comparison to HGH 15 IU because the prices were close. None of that helps the next person find the object. The object is a 10 mg vial named Sermorelin. Task 134410 will not help them find it either, except as a warning not to follow that number here.
Condition of the shipper can be line four. Warm, cold, crushed, fine. That is still about the box, not about a pathway.
Where it sits
Not in the Ipamorelin 10 mg row, even though the amount matches. Not in the HGH row, even though the price is close. Not in a bin marked releasing hormone. A bin marked Sermorelin 10 mg is boring enough to work.
If the shipment also contains those other vials, receive them as separate lines. A combined line is how one COA ends up covering three names.
Attach files only when they match
If the product page links a report and the sample name matches Sermorelin 10 mg, attach that file and write its task number on the line. If the only PDF in the email is task 134410, do not attach it. Save it to Tesamorelin, where batch Tes-20 and the May 13, 2026 date already live.
A missing attachment is a cleaner record than a confident wrong one.
Then stop
The bench note is done when a stranger can match it to the cap. Adults 21 and older. Laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Close the note before the kettle boils
Give the receiving line a time limit. If the clever comparisons are not written in the first pass, they do not get a second pass tonight. Sermorelin 10 mg, count, $49.99 or the invoice figure, batch or “not on the cap,” shipper condition, initials. That is a finished record. Tomorrow you can add a COA only if the sample name matches.
The mailer may also hold HGH or Ipamorelin. They get their own timed lines. One sitting, three notes, no blended paragraph. The box can go to recycling. The notes cannot.

Time the first receiving for real. If the three lines take longer than a few minutes, you are still writing the clever part. Stop, finish the name, the 10 mg, the money, and the batch, and let the mailer go. Clever comparisons to HGH or Tesamorelin can wait until the caps are already in the right bins. They rarely need to be written at all.
When the box also contains HGH 15 IU or Tesamorelin 20 mg, make three piles before you make one note. Caps face up. Read each name. Sermorelin is the 10 mg at $49.99. HGH is the 15 IU at $45.99. Tesamorelin is the 20 mg at $94.99, and only that pile can carry task 134410. If you write a single note for the whole mailer, you will drop a unit or borrow a purity. One pile, one line. Finish all three lines before you put any cap away, so a half-written mailer cannot look done.
