These terms explain the rules that apply to website use, research-material purchases, payments, fulfillment, and customer support.
Eligibility and acceptance
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, and will comply with all applicable laws and the stated research-use limitations.
Laboratory research use only
All products are offered solely for lawful laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Purchasers are responsible for lawful handling, storage, documentation, and use by qualified personnel.
Product information and availability
We work to present accurate product, price, inventory, image, and documentation information. Availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, apply conservative quantity limits, reject or cancel an order, or request additional purchaser or intended-use verification when reasonably necessary. Larger quantities may require manual approval.
Orders, cancellation, and payment
Submitting checkout information creates an order request subject to acceptance, inventory availability, and payment verification. Blue Collar Peptides may hold, reject, or cancel an order presenting fraud, sanctions, resale, export, chargeback, or prohibited-use concerns. A customer may request cancellation before fulfillment by contacting support@blue-collar-peptides.com. An order is not approved for fulfillment until payment is verified.
Prices, taxes, and researcher benefits
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Sales tax applies to every order and shipping charges are added at checkout unless a qualifying verified-researcher benefit applies. Benefits are based on merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping. Complimentary research materials must be deliberately selected, documented on the order, have no cash value, and remain subject to availability and purchaser approval.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address errors, and events beyond our control may affect delivery. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law. Review the Shipping Policy for current handling, fees, insurance, and free-shipping eligibility.
Returns and order support
Return requests are reviewed case by case. Do not send products back without authorization. Product integrity, condition, storage, timing, and order circumstances may affect eligibility. Approved remedies may include a refund, replacement, credit, or another reasonable resolution.
Prohibited use and resale
You may not misuse the website, submit false purchaser information, use materials for personal, household, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, human, or veterinary purposes, remove research-use labeling, request unlabeled shipment, or resell or transfer materials for a prohibited purpose. We do not provide administration, dosing, injection, combination, treatment, or side-effect guidance.
Export restrictions and sanctions
Orders are limited to U.S. destinations unless a jurisdiction has been affirmatively approved. Purchasers may not export, re-export, transfer, or supply products in violation of U.S. export controls, economic sanctions, embargoes, or other applicable law. We may screen, hold, or reject orders involving freight forwarders, restricted parties, or unapproved destinations.
Fraud and chargebacks
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, identity, intended-use, and payment information. Suspected fraud, mismatched identities, repeated rapid orders, abusive chargebacks, or other risk indicators may result in verification requests, order holds, cancellation, refund, account restriction, or preservation of relevant records.

The website design, branding, original text, graphics, product photography, and other content are owned by or licensed to Blue Collar Peptides and protected by applicable law. Limited personal viewing does not grant a right to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit that content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Blue Collar Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, unlawful product use, or third-party services.
