People judge the puck
A freeze-dried cake is what is left after water leaves a frozen preparation under vacuum. It can sit tall, crack, pull away from the glass, or look like a small drift in the bottom. Labs that handle a lot of vials get superstitious about the pretty ones. The pretty one and the slumped one can be the same batch, or they can be two different materials that both happened to dry white.
HGH 15 IU is sold as that kind of solid. The amount on the listing is 15 IU. The appearance does not add IU and it does not subtract them.
What a photo is good for
A photo is good for the receiving record: cap color, label text, cracks in the glass, a loose stopper, a cake that is obviously wet when the paperwork said dry. Take the picture. Write the date. Do not write “looks like 15 IU” underneath it.
If the label is smeared, do not guess the SKU from the powder. HGH, Sermorelin, and a dozen other lyophilized vials can look alike once the print is gone. Match a readable label or quarantine the vial.
Handling is a log, not a recipe
Record where it went, who opened the box, and whether the shipper felt warm or frozen when you cut the tape. Those notes help the next person. They are not a preparation method. This article will not tell you what to mix, how much, or when.
Peptide and protein solids are sensitive to moisture and to repeat warming in general. That is a reason to stop leaving the vial on a bench while you answer email. It is not a personal schedule.
Do not compare cakes across SKUs
A full-looking KPV vial and a thin-looking HGH vial are not a quality ranking. Different materials, different fills, different units. KPV 10 mg is a short peptide at $39.99. HGH 15 IU is $45.99. Set them side by side only if you are checking labels, not if you are scoring the powder.
The same goes for a cracked cake versus an intact one from a different lot. Note it. Let the batch record, not the silhouette, carry the analytical claim.
If the vial is wrong, stop
Wrong name, wrong unit, leaking stopper, label that says a milligram amount this listing does not use: do not talk yourself into it. Set it aside and match it to the product page before it enters the working stock.

Write the exception, not a score
If a cake is collapsed into a wet smear, or the glass is cracked, write that in plain words and set the vial aside. Do not score it 3 out of 10. Scores feel like data and are not. A smear is a condition. A pretty puck is also a condition. Neither is 15 IU and neither is a chromatogram.
Photograph the label in the same frame as the cake when you can, so a later argument about “which vial looked wrong” has the name in the picture. HGH 15 IU has to be readable in that frame. A photo of anonymous white powder is a photo of anonymous white powder.

Keep one intact example photo of a normal HGH cake, with the label in frame, so “normal” has a picture attached to this SKU and not to a peptide from last year. Update the photo when the label design changes. Do not build a gallery of ugly cakes as a quality scale. Ugly is a condition note. The scale, if you need one, is the document tied to the batch.
