How to Read a Peptide COA

A peptide COA is a batch record. Read the unit, the method, the task number, and what the report does not say. 21+. Research only.

Read the unit before the number

A percent, a milligram mass, and a purity percent are different lines. On this catalog, GLP-1SG task 155227 prints 15.23% and purity 99.262%. That 15.23% stays a percent. GLP-2TZ task 171262 prints 17.37 mg. Those reports are not interchangeable because both mention a GLP peptide.

Match the task number to the product page before you treat the figure as the vial in front of you. A certificate describes the sample the laboratory received, on the date it prints.

Missing lines stay missing

If a report has no purity row, do not invent one. NAD+ task 157318 prints 929.05 mg and does not print a purity percent. GLOW task 136730 prints three component masses and no purity percent. Adding those masses together is not the labeled 70 mg.

Identity, chromatographic purity, content, water, residual solvent, and endotoxin are separate questions. FDA and ICH method-validation documents are about how a method is judged, not a score for a product photo.

This page is laboratory education for adults 21 and older. It is not a dosing guide, a treatment plan, or a schedule. Not for human or veterinary use.
