COA Verification Checklist
Check the task number, the sample name, the date, the unit, and the product page before you file a COA. 21+. Research only.
Match the task number to the vial
GHK-Cu task 165759 prints GHK 44.74 mg and Cu 1.87 mg, with purity 99.453%. That pair of masses is for that task. It is not the AHK-Cu report, which is task 105237 and prints 55.25 mg.
Read the sample name on the PDF, not only the file name someone saved. Then open the same task from the product page.
Five lines to copy, and nothing else
Copy the laboratory, the task number, the analysis date, each result with its unit, and any limitation the report states. If purity is absent, write 'not printed.' If the content is a percent, write the percent.
A checklist is not permission to average two batches or to apply last month's report to a new shipment.
