Research Purchaser Eligibility Policy
This policy explains who may purchase, what information we collect, how intended use is reviewed, and when an order may be held or rejected.
Who May Purchase
Products are available only to research professionals and other qualified independent or institutional purchasers conducting lawful laboratory research in an appropriate setting. Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and able to receive, store, handle, document, and control access to the materials.
Information Collected
New purchasers provide a full legal name, contact and shipping information, intended research category, a brief description of the research context, confirmation of appropriate facilities and trained personnel, and required intended-use certifications. An organization website and professional email may be provided when available.
When Documentation May Be Requested
Blue Collar Peptides may request supporting information when an order presents a compliance concern or suspicious indicator. Examples include unusual quantities, repeated rapid orders, mismatched identities, freight-forwarding addresses, resale indicators, prohibited-use statements, requests for administration help, or attempts to remove research-use labeling.
Prohibited Intended Uses
Materials may not be purchased, administered, consumed, compounded, supplied, resold, or provided for personal, household, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, human, or veterinary use. Blue Collar Peptides does not provide dosing, injection, administration, combination, treatment, or side-effect guidance.
Order Review Process
First-time purchases and risk-indicated orders are placed in a pending compliance-review status. Our team may hold fulfillment, request clarification, document the response, and approve, reject, cancel, or refund the order. Payment confirmation alone does not constitute compliance approval.
Order Rejection Rights
Blue Collar Peptides may decline or cancel any order that presents legal, regulatory, safety, fraud, sanctions, export, resale, chargeback, identity, or prohibited-use concerns. Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment process.
Repeat-Customer Monitoring
Approval of one order does not guarantee approval of future orders. Repeat orders may be reviewed when quantities, frequency, product combinations, customer statements, destination details, payment behavior, or other risk signals change.
Resale and Transfer Restrictions
Purchasers may not remove required labels, request unlabeled materials, represent research materials as approved drugs or consumer products, or resell, export, transfer, or supply them for any prohibited use or unapproved jurisdiction.
False Certifications
False, misleading, or incomplete certifications may result in cancellation, refund, account restriction, preservation of compliance records, refusal of future orders, and referral to payment, carrier, legal, or regulatory partners when required by law.
