When You Open a Sermorelin Report, Match the Sample Before the Percent

The figure can be real and still belong to Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, or a blend. Read the sample line first.

Percentages are magnetic

A large purity number gets copied first. On this site that habit already has victims. Tesamorelin’s 98.472% and Ipamorelin’s 99.942% are both real and both easy to stick on the wrong row. Sermorelin 10 mg is the row most likely to receive them, because the names and the amounts sit nearby.

Start at the top of the PDF. Sample name, batch, date, laboratory, task number. If the sample name is not Sermorelin, you are done. Close the file. Do not “use the purity anyway.”

Task numbers are the handles

134410 is Tesamorelin. 150447 is Ipamorelin. 121834 is the CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin blend. None of those handles open a Sermorelin vial. Write the forbidden list in the index so the next person does not rediscover it by mistake.

A Sermorelin file, when it is the one linked from the Sermorelin product page, should be stored under its own task number, whatever is printed on that sheet. Do not store it under 134410 “until we rename it.”

Units and the 10 mg label

The cap says 10 mg. The report might speak in percent, in mass, or in both. Copy the printed unit. A percent on a peptide COA has burned people before when they turned it into milligrams. Sermorelin does not get a special exemption from that rule.

If the report’s mass and the label’s 10 mg disagree, write both and flag the disagreement. Do not average them into a third number the lab did not print.

Crops and forwarded photos

A photo of a percent with the header cut off is not a report you can file. Ask for the task number and the full image, then match it to the page. This is the same check the COA articles on this site already describe for other products. The suffix “-morelin” does not make it optional.

We do not retype the lab’s table into a prettier one.

Empty is allowed

An empty purity cell, labeled with the reason, beats a borrowed percent. Adults 21 and older. Laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Header, then number, every time

Make it a physical habit: cover the results with a sheet of paper until you have read the sample name. It feels theatrical. It works. The uncovered percent is where 98.472 and 99.942 jump the aisle onto Sermorelin. Covered, you are forced to see Tesamorelin or Ipamorelin or a blend first.

Only then look at the figure, and only if the sample is Sermorelin 10 mg and the batch matches the cap. If the header fails, the paper goes back over the number and the file goes to the folder that header actually names.

Adults 21 and older. Laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use.

Keep a red sheet of paper in the Sermorelin folder for covering results. It sounds silly until the first time 99.942% from Ipamorelin task 150447 almost lands on this row. The sheet is the procedure. Header first. Sample name matches Sermorelin 10 mg, or the sheet goes back down and the file leaves the folder.

Open the report’s last page before the first if that is where the sample name is repeated. People forge attention on page one and miss a different sample name in the header of page four. Sermorelin 10 mg has to be the name on every page you intend to quote. If page four says Tesamorelin or Ipamorelin, you are in the wrong PDF, even if page one looked friendly. Task 134410 and task 150447 are the usual wrong PDFs. Close them. Then open the Sermorelin product page and confirm you are about to quote a file that belongs to this 10 mg listing.
