The names rhyme. The files do not.
Sermorelin and Tesamorelin share a suffix and a neighborhood in the papers. That is enough for a hurried download to land in the wrong folder. Tesamorelin 20 mg on this catalog is $94.99, and its Janoshik report is task 134410, batch Tes-20, analyzed May 13, 2026. The sheet prints Tesamorelin 22.59% and purity 98.472%. The 22.59% stays a percent. It is not milligrams, and it is not a Sermorelin figure.
Sermorelin 10 mg is $49.99. Half the price and a similar name is exactly how the wrong PDF gets attached to the cheaper SKU.
A fragment is not a short Tesamorelin
Sermorelin is listed here as a GHRH fragment. Tesamorelin is listed as a GHRH analog at 20 mg. Fragment and analog are not sizes of the same SKU. They will not share a molecular mass, and a purity percent from one does not describe the cake in the other.
If a review article mentions both in the first paragraph, that paragraph is a reading list. It is not a certificate.
What to do with task 134410
Leave it on the Tesamorelin page and in the Tesamorelin row of your COA index. You can write a cross-reference under Sermorelin: do not use task 134410. That cross-reference is useful. Pasting 98.472% into the Sermorelin row is not.
When a report linked from the Sermorelin page names Sermorelin 10 mg, that file is the one to quote. Until you have that file open, the purity cell stays empty.
Batch strings are a giveaway
Tes-20 is the batch printed for task 134410. If a Sermorelin note says batch Tes-20, someone copied the Tesamorelin label. Check the cap. If the cap does not say Tes-20, delete it from the Sermorelin line.
May 13, 2026, has the same problem. It is an analysis date for that Tesamorelin sample. It is not a birth date for every GHRH-related vial in the freezer.
Say the prices out loud
Sermorelin 10 mg, $49.99. Tesamorelin 20 mg, $94.99, task 134410. Two sentences. Adults 21 and older. Laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Put the forbidden task in the template
On the Sermorelin receiving template, print a line that is already filled in: not task 134410, not batch Tes-20, not May 13, 2026, not 98.472%, not 22.59%. Those belong to Tesamorelin 20 mg at $94.99. A pre-filled refusal is harder to ignore than a policy in a binder.
The blanks underneath are for Sermorelin 10 mg, $49.99, its own batch, and its own file when the sample name matches. If someone writes 134410 over the refusal, the second set of initials should bounce the page.
Adults 21 and older. Laboratory research only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Read the refusal line to a new hire and have them find task 134410 on the Tesamorelin page so they see 22.59% and 98.472% in their real home. Then have them come back and leave the Sermorelin purity box empty. The walk between pages is the training. A paragraph in a handbook will not stick the way the empty box will.
Write the Tesamorelin figures on a card that is physically too wide for the Sermorelin sleeve. 22.59% content, 98.472% purity, task 134410, batch Tes-20, May 13, 2026, $94.99, 20 mg. The width is the point. If the card fits in the Sermorelin pocket, someone will file it there on a busy afternoon. Sermorelin 10 mg at $49.99 gets a narrower card with empty result lines and no borrowed task number. Tape that narrow card to the sleeve. Leave the wide Tesamorelin card on the other shelf, where the 20 mg vials actually sit. If the shelves get rearranged, move the card with the vials, not with the empty sleeve.
