15 IU Is the Amount. Do Not Turn It into Milligrams.

The HGH listing is sold as 15 IU at $45.99. A homemade conversion is not a certificate and it is not the label.

The page already picked a unit

Most vials on this catalog are named in milligrams. BPC-157 is 10 mg. Tesamorelin is 20 mg. This one is not. HGH 15 IU uses international units because that is the amount on the listing. The single-vial price is $45.99. The 5-vial line on the product page is that price times five, $229.95. The 10-vial line is times ten, $459.90. None of those lines is a secret milligram price.

If a spreadsheet needs one column for every peptide, give HGH its own column. Forcing it into milligrams so the sheet sorts cleanly is how a receiving error starts.

Why people convert anyway

A paper reports micrograms. A calculator app asks for milligrams. A chat reply offers a factor with three decimals and no source. It feels tidy to multiply 15 by that factor and write the answer on the bag. The tidy number is now untraceable. Nobody can tell whether it came from a pharmacopeia table, a forum, or a thumb.

Leave 15 IU on the bag. If a specific reference states a conversion for a specific preparation, cite that reference next to the figure and keep the label amount beside it. Do not let the converted figure become the name of the vial.

IU is not a purity claim

International units describe a stated activity convention for a material. They do not tell you the chromatographic purity, the mass of the cake, or the water content. A COA that prints a percent is answering a different question than the 15 IU on the cap. Both can be true. Neither replaces the other.

We have already watched this mistake on other listings. A percent on a report is a percent. It does not become milligrams because someone would rather see milligrams. The same rule applies in reverse here. IU stays IU.

What the pack math is actually doing

The quantity block is arithmetic, not a bulk discount you have to reverse-engineer. One vial is $45.99. Five is five times that. Ten is ten times that. If a note in the lab book says the 10-vial pack was a different unit price, the note is wrong. Check the page before you copy the number into a purchasing log.

Forever BOGO, when it applies, is a half-off on a second eligible item. It is not a change to the 15 IU on the label. The amount does not shrink because the second vial cost less.

A practical check before the notebook closes

Read the line out loud: HGH 15 IU, $45.99, unit IU. If the sentence you just wrote contains a milligram figure you calculated, cross it out or source it. The catalog will not back a conversion it does not print.

What the receiving printer should refuse

If the label printer or the spreadsheet drops the unit and prints 15, stop the print. Fifteen of what is how the next shift opens the wrong bottle. Force the template to require IU or mg as a separate field that cannot be blank. HGH fails the print until the field says IU.

Do the same for the price. A label that says $46 is already a different record from $45.99. Cents are how you tell this catalog line from a rounded note someone texted. The 5-vial display is $229.95 and the 10-vial display is $459.90 only while the single stays $45.99. Reprint if the single changes.

Put IU in the same type size as the 15. A tiny unit next to a huge number is how the number gets copied alone. On the bag, on the bin, and on the pick ticket, 15 IU should be one phrase. The price $45.99 can sit under it. A milligram figure, if some future report actually prints one, sits in a third line with the report’s task number, not in place of the 15.
