Start with the two labels
HGH 15 IU is the recombinant growth hormone listing. Tesamorelin 20 mg is a GHRH-analog peptide with its own page, its own price, and a Janoshik report you can open: task 134410, batch Tes-20, May 13, 2026. That report prints Tesamorelin 22.59% and purity 98.472%. The 22.59% is a percent. It is not milligrams, and it is not an HGH result.
If a folder has both PDFs, label the folder with the SKU before you label it with the pathway. The pathway is why people mix them up. The SKU is how you stop.
Different molecules, different units
Tesamorelin is named in milligrams. HGH is named in IU. You cannot line the two amounts up and say one is “more.” Fifteen IU is not a fraction of 20 mg unless a cited method says so for those exact materials, and this catalog does not print that conversion.
The prices are not a potency scale either. $45.99 and $94.99 are catalog prices. A higher price is not a stronger result. A lower price is not a diluted one.
What the papers are allowed to do
A paper can discuss growth-hormone-releasing hormone and the receptor for growth hormone in the same introduction. That paragraph does not merge the vials. Quote the paper for the model it actually used. If the methods say tesamorelin, do not cite it as the HGH 15 IU batch. If the methods say somatropin, do not staple it to task 134410.
Related products on the HGH page include Sermorelin and Tesamorelin because researchers compare the paperwork. Related is not interchangeable.
Borrowing the COA is the usual cheat
Task 134410 is a real report. It is the wrong report for HGH. A real report on the wrong vial is worse than a missing report, because the number looks official. Check the sample name before you copy purity into a table with HGH at the top.
When the HGH page links a batch report, use that file for HGH. Until you are looking at that file, do not fill the blank with Tesamorelin’s 98.472%.
A clean purchasing note
Two lines, two amounts, two prices. HGH 15 IU, $45.99. Tesamorelin 20 mg, $94.99, task 134410 if you are citing the COA that is actually on that page. Anything that collapses those lines is a rewrite, not a summary.

Side-by-side lines worth taping above the bench
Tape a strip that a tired person can read: HGH 15 IU, $45.99, unit IU, literature name somatropin, do not use task 134410. Next line: Tesamorelin 20 mg, $94.99, task 134410, 22.59% is a percent, purity 98.472%, May 13, 2026, batch Tes-20. If the strip gets crowded, you are writing too much. The point is the refusal, not a lecture.
Replace the strip if either price changes. A stale price taped to a shelf becomes a fake quote. The COA facts for Tesamorelin stay until that report is replaced on its own page. They never migrate onto the HGH line.

Once a quarter, open both product pages on one screen and read the prices out loud. HGH 15 IU at $45.99. Tesamorelin 20 mg at $94.99. Then open task 134410 and say the sample name before you say 98.472%. If the sample name is not Tesamorelin, you are on the wrong file, and the quarterly check did its job.
Keep the two PDFs in different folders even if your desktop wants them in one called growth. Task 134410 lives with Tesamorelin 20 mg. The HGH folder stays empty of that file on purpose. A shortcut is allowed only if the shortcut’s name includes Tesamorelin, so a search for HGH does not surface 22.59% and 98.472% as if they were this cap. May 13, 2026, and batch Tes-20 stay on that other page.
